Services

What we do, in plain language.

We build systems for operational problems: the repetitive, scattered, manual work that eats hours every week. Here's what that covers — and how to tell whether each one fits your situation.

Custom Business Systems

Purpose-built applications for operational problems that off-the-shelf software doesn't solve well.

A good fit when

  • You've tried a few products and none of them fit how you work
  • Critical work runs out of spreadsheets and email
  • Your process is specific to your industry — or to your business

Can include

  • Web applications for internal teams
  • Record keeping and case or job tracking
  • Scheduling, assignment, and hand-off tools
  • Role-based access for different staff

Workflow Automation

Automate repetitive administrative work while keeping people in charge of the decisions that need judgment.

A good fit when

  • Someone copies the same information between systems every week
  • Reminders and follow-ups depend on someone remembering
  • Approvals sit in inboxes waiting to be noticed

Can include

  • Automated reminders and escalations
  • Routing and approval steps
  • Scheduled reports and checks
  • Human review built in where it matters

Internal Portals

Secure, centralized systems for employees, contractors, administrators, or clients — each seeing only what they should.

A good fit when

  • People ask the office for the same documents again and again
  • Onboarding means emailing a stack of forms back and forth
  • Different groups need different information

Can include

  • Sign-in with role-based permissions
  • Document, form, and policy access
  • Upload and submission areas
  • Announcements and task lists

Document & Compliance Systems

Organize documents, track requirements, catch missing or expiring items, and cut down on manual audits.

A good fit when

  • You find out a document expired after it's already a problem
  • Audits mean days of digging through folders
  • File names and locations depend on who saved them

Can include

  • Required-document checklists by role, client, or location
  • Expiration tracking with advance alerts
  • Consistent naming and filing rules
  • Audit-ready status reports

Data & Dashboard Tools

Turn scattered information into views people can actually read and act on.

A good fit when

  • Weekly numbers take hours to pull together
  • Nobody is sure which spreadsheet is the current one
  • Simple questions take a long time to answer

Can include

  • Operational dashboards
  • Data cleanup and restructuring
  • Automated recurring reports
  • Exception and status views

Process Design

Sometimes the problem isn't software. We map how work moves today, where it breaks down, and what should change before anything gets automated.

A good fit when

  • Everyone does the same task a little differently
  • A process depends on one experienced person
  • You're about to buy software and want to know what you actually need

Can include

  • Process walkthroughs and mapping
  • Bottleneck and risk identification
  • Written procedures staff can follow
  • Recommendations — including when not to build anything

Integrations

Connect the platforms you already use, where their technical capabilities and terms of service allow it.

Some platforms restrict access to their data. We confirm what's technically and contractually permitted before promising a connection.

A good fit when

  • The same record gets entered into two or three systems
  • Tools you pay for don't share information

Can include

  • API connections between platforms
  • Scheduled data sync
  • Import and export pipelines
  • Event-based triggers and webhooks

Scoping

How a project gets started

Pricing depends on the process, the systems involved, and how much needs to be built. Here's how we get from a first conversation to a clear proposal.

Every project is scoped individually. We don't sell packages, because two businesses with the “same” problem rarely have the same process.

  1. Tell us about it

Describe the problem in your own words through the contact form. No technical spec required.

  2. Walk us through it

We learn how the work happens today, who's involved, and what tools are already in place.

  3. Get a written proposal

Scope, approach, timeline, and cost in plain language — including what's not included.

  4. Decide if it's a fit

If it makes sense, we start. If it doesn't, you still leave with a clearer picture of the problem.

Have a process that takes more time than it should?

Tell us how it works today. We'll give you a straight answer about whether it's worth building something — and what that would look like.

Every project is scoped individually. No packages, no pressure.
