The problem
A small operations team needed a reliable way to request time off, calculate scheduled workdays, reserve balances, avoid coverage conflicts, and preserve an approval history.
The existing process
Requests, balances, existing time off, schedules, approvals, and calendar events were coordinated across conversations and separate records, leaving too much room for conflicting dates or manual calculation errors.
The solution
Dresgo Works built a Microsoft-authenticated portal that applies employee schedules and annual allocations, reserves pending days, detects conflicts, routes administrative decisions, and records every request and status change.
